Processing times

This is the amount of time from receiving your order, to dispatching it to you! We typically need 1-2 working days, unless for orders of quantities over ten. Please note, weekends, and holiday periods, are not considered working days.
 

shipping method

This is the method we used to get your order to you. We use royal mail as our third party choice, for delivery. 

Returns?

Of course returns are accepted! As per uk law, you have up to fourteen days from the delivery date to notify us of your intent to return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. all items will be expected to be returned in a resalable condition, any and all loss of value will be deducted from your refund total.  in further compliance with the law certain items will be exempt from this such as but not limited to intimate items, Perishable items, and custom made personlised items.

Cancelations?

Of course! all cancellations within twenty four hours of your order being placed are accepted and fully refunded instantly as long as the item or items have not already been dispatched to you.

Customs and inport fees?

You as the customer will be responsible for any and all import fees. we are not responsible for delays due to customs
